Ownership & Risk of Loss

Ownership of goods remains with The Collection until full payment is received. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer upon delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery and require prior approval. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Refunds may be subject to a 5% restocking fee. Custom or promotional items are non-returnable.

Product Quality & Use

Our hair products are designed for both professional salon use and personal retail sale to consumers. We warrant that products are free from material defects at the time of delivery; however, we do not guarantee specific results, as performance may vary based on hair type, application method, and external factors. For professional use, products should be applied by trained stylists following manufacturer guidelines. For retail sale, salons are responsible for advising customers on proper usage. The Collection is not liable for misuse, improper application, or allergic reactions. Purchaser agrees to completely defend, indemnify and hold harmless The Collection from and against any and all third-party claims for personal injury and/or property damage.

Limitation of Liability

The Collection is not responsible for misuse, improper application, or allergic reactions. Liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages.

By purchasing and accepting delivery of these products, the buyer agrees to these terms and conditions.
